The worse experience ever. No one there is repressible of anything after you buy their staff. Even if you will fix something is even worse. So bad,
****BUYER BEWARE!!!****We went to several jewelers when we bought our wedding rings 5 years ago and ended up with Hannoush. The owner was very accommodating and kind. When I went into the store recently to get the ring re-appraised for our homeowners policy requirement, I was told by the owner after 15 minutes of waiting for him to finish with a customer that he would be with me "in just a minute". He proceeded to wait on 2 people who came in after me who were shopping for diamonds and I left after almost a half hour.
I was looking for a jeweler to get my silver necklace cleaned. I tried Kay fist, and a lady there said the wouldn't clean it, but they sell the liquid to clean jewelry. Then I went to Hannoush and a very knowledgable woman explained what happens to the silver, what I need to do to clean (literally just a cloth) and they did it for free. Because they sell it the cloth I bought it and now know what I have to do to clean jewelry thanks to Hannoush. They were friendly and so nice. Great customer service.
Good quality and service when you buy, but don't expect service after that.
